About Kim

I have been a Florida resident for over 17 years.

Moving to Florida after college with a degree in Business, I worked with some of the best home builders in Southeast Florida. As a final construction coordinator, I made sure in the last weeks of construction the house was exactly what the homeowners were promised. I worked with the homeowners doing several walk-throughs to ensure the home was completed and any repairs were completed by the closing date. After clients took ownership of their homes I was their direct contact for any issues that would arise or questions they would have. I took pride in the product we delivered to them. The relationships I developed with the homeowners are still alive today.

Returning to college and earning a medical degree in health science. I embarked on a journey in the medical field. I enjoyed taking care of patients and their families. I am still active in the medical field but want to revisit my expertise in homeownership. Being part of a construction family has always been a part of me!

Going on a mission trip to Jamaica and building a home for an elderly lady was one of the most heartful accomplishments I have ever achieved. Giving Ms. Paully the keys to her small home that was built by a team of 6 people was pure joy. That house was made with lots of love!

After finishing the construction on my own home I realized how much I loved being part of the housing community. With homeownership came the daily responsibility to maintain a safe and secure environment from pests and unwanted visitors. I can and will protect your home from these unfortunate situations.
